Sending Christmas and New Year e-cards to all your clients should be a very strategic marketing step. First, you remind old clients of yourself and second, you remind new clients why it is a pleasure to work with you.
Remember to keep your season’s greetings formal and short. You might want to consider making your own personalized e-cards which can be emailed to all clients at once
For discerning clients, going the extra mile pays off. Why not give them a call or even mail them a Christmas card or a small gift? Whatever you have in mind, it is the actual thought and gesture that matters.
If you happen to have missed sending them your greetings before Christmas, do not fret. There’s always the New Year, which is even better as the entire world celebrates it and not just Christians. You can send your greetings and wishes by email on December 30 for instance, just one day before New Year’s Eve.
