May 9, 2018 was such an eventful day for me and my family, but the biggest event of the day was the arrival of my 3rd baby boy, Chris.

At 38 weeks, baby Chris was born on May 9 in Los Angeles at 1:58 pm PST (11:58 pm Beirut time, 2 minutes before it was May 10, so it was actually May 9 in both the States and Lebanon. Yes, it is a big deal for someone with major OCD like I am).

The morning of! On my way to the hospital, cool as ever and sipping my coffee, 2 hours after my water broke. Yup, the third time around, you’re just super chill 😀

Weighing a mere 5 lb 10 oz (2555 grams), Chris is 19 inches tall (48 cm). He was the tiniest of all of my 3 boys, but this will mean I get to shower him with even more love, care, cuddles and kisses – and rightfully so: after all, he is the youngest in the family!

We were all on pins and needles, impatiently waiting for him and trying to guess who he will look like. Maroun, my eldest, looks nothing like his little brother Andy (who by the way is now officially the middle child!). To our surprise, Chris looks exactly like Maroun, albeit with tinier features, and that is what the entire family agrees on. However, and being the mom, I can’t help but tell exactly who he looks like: he is actually a mix between both his siblings. I know it sounds crazy, but this is what I see!

I am now a mom of 3 beautiful, healthy and happy boys and I am overwhelmed with gratitude for all the blessings God has showered me with. At first, I couldn’t imagine what it would be like to have 3 children, but now my heart bursts with joy as it fell in love for the third time.

Oh and yes, baby Chris’s arrival means that I will forever remain a proud boymom 😀
