For the Love of Coffee: The Best 5 Coffee Quotes

The world is divided into 2 kinds of people: coffee people, and everyone else.

To me, there’s nothing quite like the smell of a freshly brewed cup of coffee first thing in the morning, and although I am what everyone considers a morning person (and I do maintain a positive attitude throughout the day, even at night), I still can’t function properly without having my coffee. And when I have my cup of Joe uninterrupted, I feel like I can accomplish anything on that given day. What is the secret behind it? I have yet to find out, and quite frankly I don’t care to: I want to simply close my eyes and enjoy every sip.

Here are my favorite 5 quotes about coffee.

“I was taken by the power that savoring a simple cup of coffee can have to connect people and create community.”

 – Howard Schultz

“Coffee is a beverage that puts one to sleep when not drank.”

 – Alphonse Allais

“You can’t have a decent food culture without a decent coffee culture:

the two things grow up together.” – Adam Gopnik

“Coffee is a language in itself”– Jackie Chan

“No matter what historians claimed, BC really stood for “Before Coffee.”

– Cherise Sinclair, Master of the Mountain

I loved this one: “No matter what historians claimed, BC really stood for ‘Before Coffee’.”
My favourite coffee quote that many of us at the office can relate to is “Science may never come up with a better office communication system than the coffee break” :’)

Loved it too! My all time favorite would be Jackie Chan’s. Short and straight to the point 😀
