There is that age-old adage of “as long as you put the hours in it will be okay in the end,” but you can work yourself to the bone and not get your business running smoothly so instead, ensure that you are learning the tools that can help you to work smart, such as automation and even just having a calendar.
Those first 12 months will force you to learn a lot about yourself but there can be so many mistakes that you can easily offset. That’s not to say you won’t make mistakes because that’s the best way for you to learn but if you can minimize a few of them this will make the process a lot easier.
